Islip, NY - October 27, 2016 - Seatuck's 7th Annual Owl Prowl 5K Run/Walk will be held on Sunday, October 30th at 9:30 a.m. The Halloween-themed race will start and finish at the beautiful Scully Estate in Islip. More than 600 participants took part in the 2015 race and this year's edition is expected to attract an even larger field.

The family focused event also features a complimentary Kids Monster Mash Dash short run through the historic Scully Estate grounds.  All are encouraged to come in their favorite Halloween costume.  Monster Mash Dash starts at 10:30 a.m.

Registration for the Owl Prowl 5K is open until Friday at Midnight and the Kids Monster Mash Dash is free and open to the public. More information can be viewed on the website.

 

The Owl Prowl helps raise funds for the Seatuck Association's work in Conservation, Education and Research programs. 

 

Seatuck Environmental Association is a member-supported not-for-profit dedicated to conserving Long Island wildlife and the environment.
