It’s sometimes called aerial yoga or antigravity yoga. Whatever you call it, this practice combines traditional yoga poses, Pilates, and dance using what is described as a silky sling-like hammock. According to a study by the American Council on Exercise, Aerial Yoga is a good alternative program with benefits that are in line with other popular forms of exercise. It’s a total body workout and a lot of fun.
