Man Makes Off with $48,850 Rolex Watch from Walt Whitman Mall, Cops Say

SCPD are seeking the public’s help to locate the man who stole a watch from a Huntington Station store.

Huntington Station, NY - October 24, 2017 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Second Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who stole a watch from a Huntington Station store earlier this month.
 
A man entered Tourneau, located in the Walt Whitman Mall, on October 2 and asked to try on a Rolex Skydweller watch, valued at $48,850. After putting on the watch, the man ran out of the store and then fled the parking lot in a waiting gray Toyota Prius, driven by another man, with a Pennsylvania license plate. 
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
