New Cassel, NY - October 23, 2017 - The Third Squad reports the details of a Reckless Endangerment that occurred at 2:15am on Sunday, October 22, 2017 in New Cassel.
 
According to Detectives, the two male victims (ages 20 and 22 years) were loading equipment into their van parked at Sherman Street and Prospect Avenue when they heard unknown people begin to fight followed by the sound of gun shots. One round went through the open passenger door and broke the side window. No injuries were reported. The investigation is ongoing.
