CANCELLED - Huntington Station Teen Reported Missing by Suffolk County Authorities

UPDATE - October 23, 2017 - Police report that Wendy Velasquez has been located, unharmed.

Huntington Station, NY - October 19, 2017 - Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to locate a Huntington Station teen who was reported missing last week.
 
Wendy Velasquez, 16, who was last seen at her residence in Huntington Station on October 10, was reported missing on October 12. She is Hispanic, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
 
Detectives do not suspect foul play.
 
The investigation is continuing. Detectives are asking anyone with information to call 911 or contact the Second Squad at 631-854-8252.
