Lawrence, NY - October 18, 2017 - The Fourth Squad reports the arrest of a Valley Stream man for multiple Burglaries that occurred on August 30, 2017 and September 4, 2017 in Lawrence.
 
According to Detectives, defendant Brian Diller, 27, did enter Tokyo Sushi located at 337 Central Avenue and removed and undisclosed amount of US Currency on both dates. Diller was an employee of the business. The defendant was arrested without incident.
 
Defendant Diller is charged with two (2) counts of Burglary 3rd Degree. He will be arraigned on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 in First District Court, Hempstead.
