Syosset, NY - October 16, 2018 - The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Monday, October 15, 2018 at 11:00 pm in Syosset. 
 
According to Detectives, Talaysia Williams, 13, was last seen leaving the Mercy First Facility located in Syosset. She is described as a female black, 5’2”, 105lbs., brown eyes and black hair. Her clothing description and destination are unknown.
 
NOTE: Talaysia Williams has been reported as missing and found by authorities multiple times in the recent past.
 
Detectives request anyone with information on the location of the above listed missing juvenile to contact the Nassau County Police Department Missing Person Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
