Rockville Centre, NY - October 16th, 2013 - The Crimes Against Property Squad reports the arrest of a Rockville Centre man that occurred in Rockville Centre on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 7:30 am.

According to detectives, the defendant Marc Levine, 42, of 404 Westminster Road entered into a written agreement and borrowed money from the 50 year old male victim beginning in November 2009 that was to be paid back a year later. Over the years the defendant made no attempt to pay back any money until June 2013 when a check was made with insufficient funds in the amount of $ 110,000.00 dollars. An investigation by the Crimes Against Property Squad led detectives to arrest Levine at his residence without incident. There were no injuries reported.

Marc Levine is charged with two counts Grand Larceny 2nd Degree and Issuing a Bad Check. He will arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Tuesday, October 15, 2013.
