Police: Man Arrested for Exposing Himself to West Babylon High School Field Hockey Team

West Babylon, NY - October 12, 2018 - Suffolk County Police have arrested a man for exposing himself to the West Babylon High School field hockey team, last week.
 
Edward Foley entered a portable toilet located on the school field and changed into a pair of woman’s underwear on October 4, at approximately 5:00 p.m. Foley then opened the door and exposed himself to the team. Foley fled the scene in his 2012 Ford White Focus, NY Registration HYK-7483.
 
Following an investigation by First Precinct Crime Section officers, with the assistance of the New York City Police Department Special Investigation Unit, Foley was arrested at his home located in Bronx, on October 11 at approximately 10:30 a.m.
 
Foley, 29, was charged with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Trespassing on School Grounds.
 
Foley is being held at the First Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on October 12, 2018.
 
Officers are asking anyone who might have been a victim of Foley to contact the First Precinct Crime Section at (631) 854-8148.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
