Richard Gallo, 28, of Patchogue, was last seen at NUMC in East Meadow. He is believed to be mentally unstable. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 5106-573-7347 or 911.

Patchogue, NY - October 11, 2016 - The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Person which occurred on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 11:50 p.m. in East Meadow.

According to detectives, Richard Gallo, 28, of Patchogue, was last seen at Nassau University Medical Center where he was taken to be treated for a laceration to his neck.  He left on his own accord and is possibly headed back to his residence.  The missing is described as a male white, 5’ 10” tall, 185 lbs. with fair skin, hazel eyes, black hair and a beard.  The missing is believed to be mentally unstable.
