NCPD: Long Beach Man Caught in Possession of Cocaine, Opium, Cannabis, LSD, More

Long Beach, NY - October 10, 2017 - The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of a Long Beach man at 2:00pm on Monday, October 9, 2017 in Long Beach.
 
According to Detectives, after an investigation by members of the Freeport Police Department and the Long Island Heroin Task Force defendant Lamb Beckerman, 46, was observed on Shore Road in Long Beach and placed into custody for outstanding charges. 
 
Officers executed a search warrant at the defendant’s residence where the following items were recovered; cocaine, black opium, psilocybin, concentrated cannabis, LSD and an undetermined amount of US currency. 
 
Defendant Lamb Beckerman is charged with eight counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance and fourteen counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was arraigned on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 in First District Court 99 Main Street, Hempstead
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
