East Patchogue, NY - October 10th, 2013 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Fifth Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man that assaulted a male victim with a bottle last month.

On September 29, 2013 at approximately 10:45 p.m., the passenger in a dark gray 4-door Honda sedan exited the older model vehicle and threw a glass bottle at a male victim at the USA gas station, located at 1365 Montauk Highway, East Patchogue.  The suspect then fled the scene in the vehicle.  The victim was struck in the face and suffered lacerations on his head and face.

The suspect is described as a light-skinned black male, between 25-27 years old, approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall and he had a large gap between his top front teeth.  He was wearing black-rimmed eyeglasses.

The vehicle had a sun roof and yellow New York license plates.  The vehicle was last seen northbound on Amsterdam Avenue in East Patchogue.
