SCPD Release Surveillance Photo of Truck Wanted for Hit and Run in Copiague

Copiague, NY - October 5, 2017 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the driver of a vehicle that left the scene after striking a victim in Copiague last month.
 
On September 16, at approximately 10:35 p.m. a white pickup truck with a full white cap pulled into to the parking lot of Speedy Mart, located at 2225 Great Neck Road, Copiague. Before fleeing the scene, the driver of the truck struck a male victim who was lying on the ground. 
 
The driver and the passenger in his truck were both described as Hispanic males in their 30s. 
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
