Long Island’s Breast Cancer Events this October

Written by Eric Anderson  |  05. October 2014

There are many coalitions and organizations right here on Long Island that are dedicated to fighting and raising awareness for breast cancer. October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and although this is being celebrated throughout the country, there are plenty of events where Long Islanders can help make a difference.

No matter what event you decide to attend, there are plenty of opportunities to contribute to the fight against breast cancer. If you would like to volunteer for any of these events, be sure to contact the appropriate organization as soon as possible.
