Authorities Seeking Suspect Who Stole Property from Old Brookville Vehicles

Three unlocked vehicles, belonging to residents on Woodfield Lane, were entered by an unknown male subject, cops say.

Mineola, NY - October 4, 2018 - Second Squad detectives are investigating numerous larcenies from autos that occurred during the overnight hours of Monday, September 24, 2018 in the Village of Old Brookville.

According to detectives, three unlocked vehicles, belonging to residents on Woodfield Lane, were entered by an unknown male subject. The subject then removed various items of personal property from the cars and fled the scene after each incident.
 
A video still shot of the subject on a bicycle was recovered from one of the victim’s homes.
 
Detectives request anyone with information regarding the above incidents to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
