Hempstead, NY - October 4, 2017 - The Missing Persons Squad is investigating a missing juvenile that occurred on Monday, October 2, 2017 at 9:00 p.m. from Laurel Ave. in Hempstead.
According to detectives, Chantel Fernandez, 12, was last seen leaving her house on Laurel Ave. traveling by foot in an unknown direction. She is 5’4”, approx. 135 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair. No clothing description is available.
