Elmont, NY - October 4, 2016 - At the request of the Nassau County Police Department 5th Precinct, a New York State Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert has been issued relating to the disappearance of Louis Zacarese, 86, from Elmont, NY at 6:30 pm on October 04, 2016.

Louis Zacarese is an 86-year-old missing vulnerable adult with dementia and may be in need of medical attention. He was last seen driving his vehicle in Queens at 6:30 PM on October 4. Louis was driving a tan 2011 Buick Lucerne with New York registration GLV-1578. He was last seen wearing navy blue pants, a blue plaid long sleeve shirt, navy blue windbreaker jacket and a black hat.

Eyes: Brown
Race: White
