Suffolk Police Issue Alert for Missing Water Mill Man Suffering from Schizophrenia

Water Mill, NY - October 2, 2018 - The Southampton Town Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Water Mill man who suffers from Schizophrenia and is in need of medication.
 
Robert Clinton, 63, was last seen on October 1 at approximately 8 a.m. Clinton lives at a group home, located at 1272 Montauk Highway. Clinton is white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 187 pounds with blue eyes, dirty blonde hair and a beard. He is known to walk to local convenience stores.
 
Anyone with information about Clinton’s location is asked to call 911 or Southampton Town Police Department detectives at 631-702-2230.
 
As a reminder, Silver Alert is a program implemented in Suffolk County that allows local law enforcement to share information with media outlets about individuals with special needs who have been reported missing.
