North Merrick, NY - October 1, 2018 - The First Squad reports an Unusual Incident that occurred on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 3:55 p.m. in North Merrick.
 
According to detectives, a male juvenile, 10, was riding his bicycle at Hendrickson Ave. and Grove St. He was approached by an unknown male driving a blue Honda CRV with a gold NY registration (unknown plate number.) The subject asked the minor if he wanted to get in. The juvenile immediately rode his bike home and contacted the police.
 
The subject is described as a male white, approximately 60 years of age. He is balding with gray hair. He fled the scene northbound on Hendrickson Ave.
