Man Busted by SCPD for Allegedly Driving with Over 50 License Suspensions

Suffolk County Police arrested a man for driving with 53 license suspensions in Farmingville.
 
Kesley Blair was driving a 2009 Dodge van westbound on Portion Road, near Holbrook Road, when a Sixth Precinct officer initiated a traffic stop after a license plate reader indicated the vehicle’s owner has a suspended license. A check of Blair’s license revealed 53 suspensions on 11 different dates.
 
Blair’s vehicle was impounded for a safety check.
 
Blair, 39, of Farmingville, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree, a felony. He posted bail at the Sixth Precinct and will be arraigned on a later date.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
