Centerech, NY - September 25th, 2013 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who stole groceries from a Centereach supermarket.

A man entered Stop and Shop, located at 260 Pond Path, filled a shopping cart with food and beer and left the store without payingon September 10 at 8:30 p.m. The man was described as white, approximately 40 years old and 200 pounds.

County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
