Malverne Man Arrested for Grand Larceny

The Nassau County Crimes Against Property Squad reports the arrest of a Malverne man for Grand Larceny that occurred on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.

Malverne, NY - September 23, 2014 - According to detectives, between June 3, 2014 and June 8, 2014 the defendant Gerraud Hill, 29, of 1050 Mahopac Road was involved in a scheme to defraud a 62 year old female victim.  The defendant fraudulently represented himself as an agent for a property in Hempstead and received three (3) payments in excess of ($6,000) six thousand dollars.  Hill was arrested at Queens Criminal Court where he was being arraigned on an unrelated charge.

Gerraud Hill is charged with Grand Larceny 3rd degree and was arraigned on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at First District Court in Hempstead.
