Authorities Issue Alert for Missing Vulnerable Adult from Valley Stream

The Missing Persons Squad is investigating a missing vulnerable adult that occurred on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 12:00 pm in Valley Stream and was reported to police on Sunday, September 22, 2019 at 1:50 pm.
 
According to detectives, James Grant, 75, who is described as a male black, suffers from a cognitive disorder and is need of medication. He was last seen leaving Franklin General Hospital, Franklin Avenue. He is 5’11” tall, 180 pounds, brown eyes, with multi colored hair and beard. His clothing description and possible destination is unknown.
 
Detectives request anyone with information regarding James’ whereabouts to call Missing Persons Squad at (516) 573-7347 or 911.
