Lindenhurst, NY - Sept. 18, 2018 - The Missing Persons Squad is investigating a missing juvenile that occurred on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 5:00 pm in North Merrick.
According to detectives, Jennifer Hernandez, 15, was last seen at Frasier Park. She is described as a female white, 5’06” tall, 110 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Jennifer’s clothing description and destination is unknown.
Detectives request anyone with information regarding the above missing juvenile to please contact the Nassau County Police Department Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
