Uniondale, NY - September 17th, 2013 - Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano announced today that in preparation for the Private Sector Mega Job Fair which will be held on Monday, November 4th at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, the County is providing free job preparation classes for residents. Classes include assistance with resume writing, techniques for an effective interview and how to best explore career options.

The Job Preparation Workshops are being offered September 19th, September 27th, October 23rd and October 30th from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Cradle of Aviation Museum located at 1 Davis Avenue in Garden City. County Executive Mangano stated, “With more than 300 companies anticipated to register for the Private Sector Mega Job Fair and more than 10,000 job seekers expected to attend, the competition for jobs can be great.
