Man Wanted for Robbing Chinese Restaurant in Deer Park

Deer Park, NY - September 17th, 2014 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the man who broke in to a Chinese restaurant in Deer Park in July.

On July 23, at approximately 1:30 a.m. a man shattered the front glass door and entered the New Fortune House Chinese Restaurant, located at 187 Bay Shore Road. He removed the cash register drawer and fled.

The suspect was wearing light-colored clothes and dark-colored shoes, possibly work boots.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
