Suffolk County Police arrested a Brentwood man for driving with 58 license suspensions.

An officer from the Highway Patrol SITE (Suffolk Intensified Traffic Enforcement) team pulled over the driver of a 2005 Dodge pickup truck on Long Island Avenue in Wyandanch after the officer observed the vehicle did not have an inspection sticker on the windshield. After performing a DMV check, it was revealed the license of the driver, Ramon Guevara-Reyes, had been suspended 58 times on 10 dates.

Guevara-Reyes, 28, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree. He was held overnight at the First Precinct and arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip.

A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
