The Missing Persons Squad is investigating a missing vulnerable adult from Elmont.

 

According to detectives, Victor Cedric Achuba, 67, was last seen at his residence on Silver Street. He is a male black, 5’7” tall, 180 pounds, dark hair, brown eyes, black pullover and grey pants. The missing has an unknown destination.
