Man Wanted for Forcibly Touching Male Victim in Commack Store, Police Say

Commack, NY - Sept. 14, 2018 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who forcibly touched another man in a Commack store in July. 
 
A man entered the men’s restroom at Walmart, located at 85 Crooked Hill Rd. on August 28 at approximately 12:45 p.m. and approached another man. The suspect then forcibly touched intimate parts of the other man’s body. The victim immediately backed away, exited the room and reported the incident to the store manager, who called the police. 
 
The suspect is described as Hispanic, Spanish speaking, approximately 40 years old, crew cut with black, greying hair, black mustache, approximately 5 foot 6 inches tall, medium build. He was wearing glasses, black sweatpants, a dark grey tee shirt and dark shoes. 
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
