Levittown / Farmingdale, NY - September 13, 2016 - The Nassau County Police Department is pleased to announce the beginning of construction of a new building for the 2nd Precinct Community Policing Center, to be located at its current location.

In order to facilitate this project, all residents are advised that on Thursday, September 15th at noon, the 2nd Precinct Community Policing Center will be temporarily moved to the South Farmingdale Fire Department, Station #2, located at 44 Beverly Road in Farmingdale (Corner of Beverly Road and Merritts Road).

The 2nd Precinct Community Policing Center will be returning to its current site in November, 2017 when its new home is scheduled to be completed.
