SCPD: Three Wanted for Robbing Grocery Store

Hauppauge, NY - September 12, 2014 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate three people wanted for stealing groceries from a Hauppauge store last month.
 
Two men and a woman filled a shopping cart with assorted groceries at Shoprite, located at 335 Nesconset Highway, on August 22 at approximately 6:35 p.m. and exited the store without paying. The female suspect was described as black, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall with a heavy build. One male suspect was described as black, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall with a heavy build and the second male suspect was described as black, approximately 5 feet 7 inches with a medium build.
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
