Roosevelt, NY - September 10, 2014 - September 10, 2014 - The Crimes Against Property Squad reports an arrest for Grand Larceny on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 7:30 am.
According to detectives, in 2013, defendant Rosaura Hernandez (aka Rosa Diaz) of South Ozone Park was contacted by a victim to obtain a loan mortgage modification for her residence in Roosevelt.  The victim gave the defendant a total of $10,045 in blank money orders between November 2013 and April 2014.  Defendant Hernandez is charged with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree and will be arraigned on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at First District Court, Hempstead.
