Report: Man Makes Off with Envelope Full of Cash from Central Islip Bank

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Third Squad detectives are seeking the public's assistance in identifying and locating the man who stole money from a man at a bank in Central Islip in August.  
 
A man stole cash in an envelope left on a counter at Bank of America, located at 185 Wheeler Road on August 5 at approximately 12:50 p.m. The suspect is described as Hispanic approximately 50-60 years-old. He was wearing a New York Yankees baseball hat, and a sleeveless shirt. He fled in a grey Honda Pilot.
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
