Suffolk Police Report Homeless Woman Found Dead in East Hampton

East Hampton, NY - September 8, 2017 - Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the death of a woman who was found on the side of the road in East Hampton, New York, on Thursday, September 7, 2017.
 
East Hampton Town Police requested assistance from Homicide Squad detectives after the body of Hallie Ulrich, 22, who was undomiciled, was found on the grassy shoulder of Alewife-Brook Road, north of Terry Road, at approximately 6:30 a.m. The victim’s death does not appear to be criminal at this time.
 
Anyone who may have travelled on Alewife-Brook Road near Terry Road this morning, or anyone with information about the victim is asked to call the Homicide Squad at 631-852-6394.
 
The investigation is continuing.
