A Starbucks with a drive-through is in the middle of being developed for a .63-acre site on Nesconset Highway in Port Jefferson Station. Construction is underway on the site, part of a larger development of a lot that includes a medical office and proposed bank.

The Crest Group is developing the site at 5316 Nesconset Highway.

Plans call for a drive-thru with room for eight cars to queue up and 20 parking spots. Original plans note that the required parking for the project is 22 stalls but 15 were originally provided on the plans. A variance for 20 spots was approved by the town. A total of four accessible parking spaces were also required as per ADA regulations.

The Starbucks building is 2,079 square feet with room for 45 seats inside.
