Oyster Bay, NY - Sept. 4, 2018 - The Missing Person Squad reports the details of a Missing Vulnerable Adult that occurred and was reported to Police at 12:25am on Tuesday, September 04, 2018 in Oyster Bay.
According to Detectives, Missing Matthew Burkhardt, 48, is a vulnerable adult in need of immediate medical attention. He is described as a male white, 5’9”, 190 lbs., with green eyes and brown hair. His clothing description and destination are unknown.
