91- and 87-Year-Old Victims of Home Robbery in East Meadow

East Meadow, NY - August 30, 2016 - The First Squad reports the details of a Robbery that occurred on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 5:15 pm in East Meadow.

According to detectives, the victims, male, 91 and female, 87 were inside their Apple Lane residence when the female opened the rear door and observed a male Hispanic, 20 clean shaven (no further description) at the door.  The suspect armed with a large fork forced his way into the residence, placed the fork to the victim’s throat and demanded money.  The suspect confronted the male victim in the hallway and pushed him to the floor in the bathroom.  The suspect removed an undisclosed amount of US currency, credit cards and jewelry then fled out the rear of the residence in an unknown direction. 

No injuries were reported.
