Flora Opens in Westhampton Beach

In early August, flora opened in Westhampton Beach with good food, a great décor and location for people watching on Main Street.

The appetizer menu features Edamame Hummus, pickled veggies, sesame, and pita ($12), Pickled Deviled Eggs with pancetta, fresno peppers, chives, and celery ribbons ($12), and a Beet Trilogy with roasted beets, Anjou pears, Uncle Timmy’s honeycomb, goat cheese mousse, candied walnuts, and fennel ($18).

House special entrees include Grilled Filet Mignon, with wild mushroom demi, pomme purée, and veggie of the day ($42), Pan-Seared Bronzini, with parsnip purée, fennel salad, citrus pan sauce, pomegranate seeds, and blood orange balsamic reduction ($32), and Slow-Roasted Prime Rib, with CAB prime rib, genuine au jus, pomme purée, and veggie of the day ($38).

On Yelp, the owners wrote a welcome to their new restarnt.
