Cops: Supermarket Worker Arrested for Filming up Female Customer's Skirt with Cell Phone

The Forth Squad reports the arrest of an Inwood man for an Unlawful Surveillance that occurred in North Lawrence.
 
According to detectives, Jose Santana, 20, who is employed by Kolsave Market, 11 Lawrence Lane, was assisting a female placing groceries into her vehicle when she felt his hand between her legs.  A subsequent investigation by responding officers determined that the defendant placed his cell phone under her skirt. 
 
The subject was placed into custody without incident. A further investigation by detectives revealed that the defendant had multiple videos of the same nature involving other victims on his phone.  It is believed that these videos were also taken at the market.
 
The defendant, Santana, is charged with Unlawful Surveillance, 2nd Degree, and was arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead.

A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
