The Seaside Spectacular Collectors Car Show will zoom into Point Lookout Town Park in Long Beach on September 14th this year and organizers are asking vintage car collectors to join them.

The beachside event is touted as Long Island’s largest collector’s car show and will feature over 400 classic cars. There will be awards, live music and free giveaways for participants. There is a $10 entry fee for each participating car, but no charge for spectators and parking is free.

This year’s show will feature a special display by HRE Motorcars of Freeport, The Jeep Store and Big Power Racing. Music will be provided by Hokis Pokis and WHLI will be on hand to provide entertainment throughout the day.

Car categories include Classics, Corvettes, Cobras, Mustangs, T-birds, American and foreign favorites and the best of popular time periods. Car show participants judge the show, and first, second and third-place award plaques will be presented to car owners in 15 different categories.

Entry forms can be found at www.hempsteadNY.gov to reserve space at the show or by calling the Town Of Hempstead Office of Communications at (516) 812-3303. The first 400 cars to register will receive a free dashboard plaque. Car owners can pre-register up until September 5th.
