SCPD Seeking Driver Of Vehicle Who Struck Another Vehicle And Fled

Patchogue, NY - August 23, 2018 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fifth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the driver of a vehicle who struck another vehicle and fled the scene in Patchogue in July.
 
A person was driving a newer model white Dodge Ram pickup truck northbound on Medford Avenue at the intersection of Sunrise Highway when the vehicle struck another vehicle and fled on July 5 at approximately 11:30 p.m. The pickup truck was described as having no front license plate, a white bed cover and possible custom rims.
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
