Arrest Made in Connection with Stabbing Death of 60 Year-Old Great Neck Woman, Authorities Report
Great Neck, NY - August 14, 2018 - The Homicide Squad is investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred in Great Neck on Monday, August 13, 2018 at 3:52 pm.
According to detectives, a 60 year old female was stabbed in a residence on North Road. The victim was transported to a local hospital in a Nassau County Police Ambulance and was pronounced deceased by a hospital physician.
Homicide Squad detectives report the arrest of Faye Doomchin, 66, of Great Neck in connection with the above listed crime. Defendant was arrested at her residence without incident.
The identity of the victim is being withheld pending notification of family members.
Faye Doomchin is charged with Murder 2nd degree and will be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Tuesday, August 14, 2018.
