Suspect(s) Wanted for Stealing Boat from Kings Park Parking Lot

Kings Park, NY - August 14th, 2014 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the person(s) who stole a boat in Kings Park in June.

On June 17, 2014, between 4 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. a 2004 Sea Ray 18-foot boat and the trailer it was on were stolen from the rear parking lot of 120 Lake Ave.  The boat was recovered on Tulip Road in Kings Park, but the boat’s motor, steering wheel, and dashboard had been removed.

A white late model pick up, possibly GMC, was used to transport the stolen boat. Below is the picture of the truck.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
