Argyle Toys Opens in Babylon Village

Written by Lon Cohen  |  16. August 2021

Specializing on toys that children can hold and interact with, Argyle Toys opened in Babylon Village in July. The three founders - all moms - said that the idea to open their shop came late last year during the pandemic, according to an article in Greater Babylon, and they wanted to focus on the magic of toys for kids.

Recently, the store had an official ribbon cutting welcoming them to the village, hosted by the Babylon Village Chamber of Commerce.

Sensory and learning toys offered at the store include the Montessori Boards, which develop a child’s fine motor skills through sipping, tying and snapping activities on six different colorful boards. They also have books, beach toys, building blocks and fun interactive games.

Location: 10 Grove Place, Babylon, (631) 314-4553.
