Smithtown, NY - August 12, 2016 - Suffolk County Legislator Rob Trotta introduced Courtney Gallagher of Commack, a 2016 graduate of Commack High School, his alma matar, to sing the national anthem at the start of the August 4 Dennis Cannataro Family Summer Concert Series at the Smithtown Library.

While attending the annual 9-11 Memorial Services at the Commack School District, Legislator Trotta heard Courtney sing the national anthem and invited her to sing it at the Friends of the Smithtown Library Summer Concerts. “Courtney has a beautiful voice and I hope her schedule will allow her to sing at next year’s concerts,” said Suffolk County Legislator Rob Trotta.
