3 Men Arrested for Seaford Home Burglary

Seaford, NY - August 8, 2016 - The Seventh Squad reports the arrest of three Seaford men for Burglary that occurred on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at 8:50 p.m. in Seaford.

According to detectives, Seventh Precinct Officers received a call for a Burglary in progress at a Naomi Street residence. When the first officer arrived he discovered defendants William F. Moody, 19, Jesse M. Dworken, 26, and Luke W. O’Neill, 25, in the rear yard of the home. The three defendants were detained in the yard while the officers conducted an investigation.   During the investigation it was determined that O’Neill had entered the home through a rear window and unlocked a side door allowing Moody and Dworken to enter the home. The three defendants were placed under arrest without incident. There were no proceeds removed from the residence.

All three are charged with Burglary 2nd degree and will be arraigned on Monday, August 08, 2016 at First District Court in Hempstead.
