Milieu Magazine speaks to Long Island women who are active and intelligent opinion leaders. Written in the voice of a trusted friend, Milieu's style, health, family décor, food tips and trends introduce their readers to the essence of Long Island, while celebrating the connection between family, friends and the community.
As a Print Media Sponsor, Milieu Magazine will provide advertisements and articles in their publication to promote 100 Women Who Care about Long Island.
Beverly Fortune, publisher of Milieu Magazine and a Charter Member, has been a strong supporter of 100 Women Who Care about Long Island since their first meeting July 8, 2013.

Their next meeting is Tuesday, October 14, 2014 from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm at Jewel Restaurant in Melville (on Route 110 at the LIE in Rubie Corporate Plaza). After the meeting they invite you to join them for socializing and networking. There will be complimentary hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. There is no charge to attend. They cordially invite you to learn about their mission and how they conduct their meetings.
About 100 Women Who Care about Long Island
100 Women Who Care about Long Island is a philanthropic group formed for local women who are interested in supporting their communities by contributing to Long Island charities together as a group to increase the donation impact.
All of their members/teams make a pledge to 100 Women Who Care about Long Island to make an annual donation of $400. This equates to their writing a $100 check made payable to the winning charity, even if they are not in attendance, at each of their quarterly meetings.
As individuals it is difficult to make a very large impact, but as a group 100 Women Who Care about Long Island have the ability to contribute to the growth of their communities in ways that they never before thought possible. The size of our quarterly donations is limited only by the members they have!
