Man Makes Off With $3,500 in Sunglasses from Lake Grove Store, Cops Say

Hempstead, NY - August 3, 2017 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who stole merchandise from a Lake Grove store in June. 
A man stole 13 pairs of Ray-Ban and four pairs of Oakley sunglasses from LensCrafters, located at 3270 Middle Country Road, on June 30. The items had an approximate value of $3,500.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
