Sag Harbor, NY - August 1, 2018 - Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is pleased to announce GOAT ON A BOAT: CINDERELLA on Saturday, August 11 at 11 am. It is the fourth performance of Bay Street’s Goat on a Boat Puppet Theater summer series. Tickets range from $15 - $25 and are on sale now at baystreet.org and through the Box Office at 631-725-9500. Guests who purchase tickets to three Goat on a Boat summer performances will receive a fourth ticket free to a future Goat on a Boat performance.  
 
Columbia Marionette Theater will perform their version of the well-loved tale of Cinderella.  Cinderella, aided by her fairy godmother, outwits her evil stepmother and wins Prince Charming’s heart. Full of humor, warmth, and music, this elaborate production runs 40 minutes and features a clever set and detailed marionettes.
 
Founded in 1988 by famed puppeteer Allie Scollon and her son John, the Columbia Marionette Theatre (CMT) has established itself as a premiere children’s theatre in South Carolina. Their mission is to entertain and educate children and adults through the long-standing tradition and artistry of puppetry.

Goat on a Boat is a non-profit puppet theater committed to introducing young children and their families to a lifelong love of theater and the creative arts since 2001. They are among only 50 established puppet theaters remaining in the country.
