Written by Long Island News & PR  |  03. August 2015

Long Island, NY - July 31, 2015 - "On August 4, communities across the country will join in observing National Night Out – an annual event to bring people together in an effort to fight crime, drug abuse and support law enforcement. These remarkable community efforts show us that, together, we can all take a stand against crime in our neighborhoods.

From the recent bank robberies to the tragic instances of gang violence that have plagued our community, crime and violence has put our families at risk. Participating in National Night Out makes a strong statement that we don’t have to tolerate crime and we greatly appreciate the brave work our law enforcement officers do every day. Together, we can continue fighting to ensure that our community and families are safe and have every opportunity to thrive.”
